Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Dojix ("the App"), operated by Aaxis Holdings Group LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Dojix on macOS devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and any subscription limitations.

2. Subscriptions & Billing

• Dojix offers a free tier and paid subscription plans (Pro and Pro+).
• Subscriptions are billed monthly through Paddle, our authorized payment processor.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Paddle customer portal accessible within the App. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes do not affect your current billing period.

3. Refunds

• You may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase, no questions asked.
• Refund requests after 14 days are handled on a case-by-case basis.
• To request a refund, email support@dojix.app with your transaction ID.

4. Your Data

• All trade data is stored locally on your Mac. We do not have access to your data.
• You are responsible for backing up your data (e.g., via Time Machine).
• If you delete the App or the database file, your data cannot be recovered by us.

5. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with third-party services (Anthropic, Twelve Data, OANDA, Paddle) using your own API keys and credentials. Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party service availability, accuracy, or data handling.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Circumvent subscription restrictions or license key validation
• Share, distribute, or sublicense the App or your license key
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose

7. Disclaimer

Dojix is a trade journaling and analytics tool. It is not financial advice. The App's analytics, AI recommendations, and signals are for informational and educational purposes only. Trading forex and other financial instruments carries substantial risk of loss. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and accuracy of analytics or AI-generated content.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aaxis Holdings Group LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, trading losses, data loss, or business interruption, arising from your use of the App.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Intellectual Property

Dojix, its design, code, analytics algorithms, and documentation are the property of Aaxis Holdings Group LLC. All rights not explicitly granted in these Terms are reserved.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your license ends immediately. Your local data remains on your Mac and is not affected by termination.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
