Privacy Policy

Dojix ("the App") is operated by Aaxis Holdings Group LLC ("we", "us", "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. We built Dojix with a privacy-first architecture: your trading data stays on your Mac, under your control.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide:
- Trade data — Imported trades are stored exclusively in a local SQLite database on your Mac. This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly export it.
- API keys — If you use integrations (Anthropic, Twelve Data, OANDA), your keys are stored in the macOS Keychain and never transmitted to our servers.
- App lock password — Hashed using SHA-256 and stored locally. We never see your plaintext password.
- Subscription info — Payments processed by Paddle. We receive email, subscription status, and transaction IDs. We never see your credit card details.
Collected automatically:
- App version — Sent during update checks via Sparkle. No personal data included.
We do NOT collect:
- Usage analytics, telemetry, or behavioral data
- Screen visits, feature usage, or session duration
- Crash reports
- Cookies, pixels, or web tracking
- IP addresses for tracking
- We do not serve ads or sell your data
2. How We Use Your Information
- App functionality — All analytics operate on data stored locally on your device.
- Subscription management — Email and Paddle data verify your subscription status.
- Software updates — Sparkle checks for and delivers updates.
- Support — If you contact us, we use your info to resolve your issue.

When using your own API keys, data goes directly from your Mac to those providers. We don't proxy or store this traffic.
4. Data Storage & Security
- All data stored in a local SQLite database on your Mac
- API keys in macOS Keychain (hardware-backed encryption)
- App Lock with SHA-256 hashing and brute-force protection
- All network connections use HTTPS/TLS
- We have no ability to remotely access your data
5. Data Retention
- Local data — Stays on your Mac until you delete it. No retention limits.
- Subscription data — Paddle retains billing records as required by law.
6. Children's Privacy
Dojix is designed for adult traders. Not intended for children under 16.
7. Your Rights
Your data is local, so you have direct control: access, export (CSV/PDF), edit, and delete at any time. For GDPR/CCPA rights related to Paddle subscription data, contact us or Paddle directly.
8. Changes to This Policy
We'll update the date at the top when changes occur. Significant changes will be noted in app update notes.
